Gardening & Landscaping Jobs in Queenstown

Homegrown Tāhuna is a Queenstown landscape design and installation studio. We work across the Queenstown Lakes — designing, building and maintaining gardens for residential clients who care about how things are done.

We’re always interested to hear from good people. Whether you’re an experienced landscaper, a qualified gardener, an apprentice keen to learn, or just looking for solid outdoor work in Queenstown — fill in the form below and Conner will get back to you.

What we look for

  • Reliable, on time, and good with clients
  • Happy working outdoors in all weather
  • Ready to graft when the day calls for it
  • Right to work in NZ (working holiday visas welcome)
  • Driver licence (Class 1) — for getting between sites
  • Experience helps, but it isn't essential — we train apprentices

What you get

  • A small, capable crew that takes the work seriously
  • Real variety — design, install, maintenance, native planting
  • Training and progression for those who want it
  • Top-end clients and projects you'll be proud of
  • Fair pay, paid weekly, sorted on time
  • Some of the best worksites in the country
Always Hiring

Even when we’re not actively recruiting, we keep good applications on file. If you’d be a great fit, we’ll find a way to make it work.
